Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, secure digital wallets, and regional payment alternatives. Available payment options are displayed automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination and market.

All transactions are processed through fully encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR where applicable. Multi-Currency Checkout

Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your detected location or selected market. Our base currency is USD, with full support for EUR, GBP, SEK, DKK, NOK, and additional international currencies. Prices are converted using real-time exchange rates and rounded to the nearest whole unit for clean, predictable pricing.

You will be billed in your selected local currency at checkout — no unexpected foreign transaction fees from our side.

Multi-Market Pricing & Taxes

The price shown on the product page is the exact amount you will pay at checkout. Where required by applicable law (including EU VAT, UK VAT, and other regional tax obligations), applicable taxes are included in the displayed price. Yeha Maison complies with applicable VAT/OSS obligations for EU and UK markets.

Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any customs duties, import taxes, or local levies imposed by your country's customs authority upon delivery are outside our control and remain solely the customer's responsibility. Shipping Charges at Checkout

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address:

• 🇺🇸 United States: $6.99
• 🇪🇺 European Union: $14.99
• 🌏 International (Australia, Canada, Norway & more): $19.99

B2B Bank Transfers & Wire Payments

Direct bank deposit and wire transfer payment terms are available exclusively for verified B2B corporate accounts, wholesale orders, and institutional clients. This option is not available for standard retail orders.

To use bank transfer terms, B2B clients must hold a registered corporate profile or valid VAT number. A proforma invoice with full bank coordinates will be issued upon order submission. Orders are held and released for fulfillment only once funds have cleared — typically within 1–3 business days. Orders unpaid after 5 business days will be automatically cancelled.

Payment Security & Data Protection

Every transaction on Yeha Maison is protected by industry-standard TLS encryption and 3D Secure (3DS2) authentication where applicable. We do not store complete card details on our servers. All payment processors we work with are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Your personal and payment data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Order Processing

• Payment is required at the time of order placement.
• Your order is processed once payment authorization is confirmed.
• An order confirmation email is sent immediately upon successful payment.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Noon) Mountain Time will be processed the next business day.

Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, you will be notified immediately. Common causes include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, an expired or blocked card, or a bank security restriction. Please contact your bank or try an alternative payment method — your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

Pricing Accuracy

We take care to ensure all prices are accurate. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Refunds & Returns

• Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval of your return.
• EU & UK statutory cancellation refunds: Issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
• Refund method: Returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Partial refunds: Available for partial returns or damaged items.
• Shop Pay / digital wallet refunds: May appear as separate transactions.
• International orders: Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
