The above address is the registered administrative office of Yeha Global LLC, operating as Yeha Maison, and is used solely for legal, corporate, and compliance purposes. This location is not a retail showroom, warehouse, distribution center, or return facility, and does not accept walk-in customers, unsolicited deliveries, or product returns. Any parcels sent to this address — including returns — without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and designated return address issued by our support team will not be accepted and cannot be forwarded or refunded.

Fulfillment & Returns

Yeha Maison operates a distributed fulfillment and return facility network spanning North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. All orders are dispatched from regional facilities — the shipping origin on your parcel may differ from our registered office address.

All returns are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, which includes eligibility requirements, the RMA process, non-returnable items (including final sale products), and refund timelines. Returns sent without an RMA and a designated return address provided by our support team will not be accepted.

Tax & Regulatory Information

United States: Applicable sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your delivery state in accordance with US federal and state tax obligations. No additional customs duties or import fees apply upon delivery.

Canada, Australia & New Zealand: Product prices displayed are inclusive of applicable sales tax. However, local customs duties and import fees may apply upon delivery and are the customer's responsibility. Consumer protection rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

European Union (orders up to €150): Product prices displayed to EU customers are inclusive of applicable VAT. Orders are cleared through EU customs via IOSS on a fully prepaid basis — no additional charges upon delivery. For orders exceeding €150, EU import VAT and customs duties may apply upon delivery and are the customer's responsibility. EU customers retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

United Kingdom (orders up to £135): Product prices displayed to UK customers are inclusive of applicable VAT. Orders are cleared through UK customs on a fully prepaid basis — no additional charges upon delivery. For orders exceeding £135, UK import VAT and customs duties may apply upon delivery and are the customer's responsibility. Consumer protection rights under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

All other markets: Product prices displayed are inclusive of any applicable local taxes. Local customs duties or import levies may be imposed by your country's customs authority upon delivery.
